Very slow download speeds
Hi! I recently moved to a new home. I signed a broadband contract with Spectrum. They provided me with an Arris Surfboard SBG8300 router. When I tried to connect to the internet, I encountered a slow speed problem. I tried rebooting the router and modem, but this did not help. What else can I try?

I would try to log into the modem admin interface, and see the signal levels, see:

What do you consider "slow"? (what speed are you supposed to get, what are you actually getting)
What time of day do you test? It is a shared connection, usually after 5pm and weekends it is more congested on residential connections.
How do you test? speedtest.net is a good measure usually.
