Network Adapter (I219-V) advanced settings

hey,
I am new to this field and i want to know if there are any settings that i should change to get better or more stable speed.
I am using windows 10 Pro, 1.0 Gbps Full duplex, my max speed is 250 Mbps, motherboard Z390 AORUS MASTER (Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-V) and my router is Linksys WRT3200ACM.
