Why has my net gone slower?

Why has my net gone slower?

Ok so i live in australia, i was trying to lower my ping with the program and it has dropped 10 mb/s and my ping has gone up by two, And the back up didnt do anything ive been spending half an hour trying to fix it and yet no luck
