I have Windows Vista 32 bit.
I downloaded TCP Optimizer, set my settings to 'optimal', and rebooted my PC.
After I rebooted, the settings returned back to the values they were before.
I am an admin on my PC, and I ran the program with Administative rights.
Right now, I have a 10-12 Mbs connection from Comcast.
I am looking to reduce my ping, the connection speed does not matter for me?
Any help on how to make the settings stick?
