Consistent issues with VOIP desk phone and call center app.

Hello all, I hope that I can find the answers to my ongoing issues here. I work from home, much of my work is VIOP intensive as I supervise a call center. My internet speed, browsing, music and video seem to do just fine through my pc.

Problem:

1.) Allworks VOIP Deskphone, voice communication is very choppy and degrades the longer the conversation goes on then will return to normal and start to degrade again.
2.) VOIP communication via computer based call center app is choppy and non reliable at times.
3.) Streaming of video to apps such as Vudu and Netflix via wireless network consistently experiences pausing with errors loading the video. This is streaming to a Ps3 that has 100% wireless network signal.

Steps taken so far to fix issue:

Replaced Moden, Replaced Router, new Cat5 calbes, New Coax in house and new Coax line ran from service pole to house. Cox upper level service techs have been working to isolate issues on their end and within the node but have not found anything sifnificant as of yet.


Below are the Speedguide network analyzer results as well as the QOS for VOIP results from our call center client website. I consistently get results that show between 30-40% Jitter and 2-4% packet loss.
