That is from NDT server test information. I'm using a six year old Dell XP Home, SP3, Pent 4 desktop with a Broadcom 440 x 10/100 Integrated Controller. Is the "limit" just the nature of the beast or can I make any changes to the "Optimizer" or to the controller in the Advance settings? My ISP speed is 10mbps but one of my neighbors occasionally test around 12. I get slightly over 10 during low traffic periods but it is quite bad during the evenings. I do realize tweaks would not really help with that issue. Thank you!
