I have a cable-modem connection, my d/l speed, according to toast.net, is about 115kbps (not that bad, i think) but my ping times to some servers really suck, they are around 350-400 (minimum) to more then 1000, so i will really appreciate if someone can help me solve this problem, cause I use the internet a lot to multiplay, and with this ping times it suck to multiplay(nobody wants to get in a game with me.. ) So I really need to take the ping times to around 150-250. TnX for your help!.

Latency is almost entirely dependent on your ISP and their backbone provider. The Registry tweaks can optimize only your end of the connection, and that's not where latency occurs. Try asking your ISP to help you with that...
