WiFi low range

Post by AndrefW »

Good afternoon!
Guys, I'm having a problem with the internet provider, the reoteador's wifi network loses its reach, the exchange of routes and fixed ip has already been carried out. Device change too. Has something similar happened to you?

desde ja agradeço

Here are some questions that may help troubleshoot your Wi-Fi issues..

How far is your client from the router? Does it work if you get closer?
How many clients?
Do all clients lose connectivity at the same time, or just the one that's far from the router?
What band does it support, what technology, i.e. 2.4GHz or 5GHs, 802.11n or 802.11ac? How about the clients?
Are there any other networks or sources of interference in range, have you tried changing channels?
Linux is user friendly, it's just picky about its friends...
