Hello,
It depends on the Operating system.
In Windows 10/11, it only changes the optimal TCP Window Auto-Tuning algorithm for slow connections, i.e. dial-up, and up to ~1 Mbps.
In older versions of Windows, it progressively changes the amount of allocated memory for the TCP Window.
