Check this map out, you can zoom down to individual houses, and see what broadband services/types/companies serve any particular address:

https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home


This is a lot of info, wow, didn't realize they have all this info organized in one place.
Just choose "Location" and zoom in to your address, click on it for available options.
Linux is user friendly, it's just picky about its friends...
