Well, they are open to the public for a bit. So in case you guys wanted to check them out and see what they were about and all. A quick disclaimer though, SA forums are not tame, while you will not see too many nude pictures or what not, actually with the forums that are open I think nude pictures are bannable, so no worries there. As for the laungauge, well it gets pretty harsh at times, as well as some of the photoshops can be in pretty poor taste. This is just to point out some of the things that you might see that might offend you. There is a lot at SA that is just pure hiliarity, and if you have never seen them, you might want to give them a view. Or if you are one of the doods that got banned or something, you can check them out again

One last thing. If you see a picture that is funny there, and want to show people here. PUT IT ON YOUR OWN WEBSPACE. I cannot stress this enough. If you just link directly here from either SA or the SA forums, the picture that you are linking will not actually be that picture, it will probably be something that should be rated worse the XXX and extra disgusting. Just so you know DON'T LINK PICS.

Yes, but very carefully. hehe. Mostly it's just language that is super foul, all the Nudie and disgusting pictures stay pretty much in DPPH and FYAD which nonregistered users do not have access too. I stay away from those while at work though.

Well, it depends. Really depends on what threads you check out. I would say hit the gold mine, as they have some great threads there. I dunno, sometimes I have seen/read things so funny I have almost pee'ed myself. All in what cha want I guess.

Yes, the gold mine is funny, but that's because it is the Gold mine

If you were to collect all the funny threads from any forum and place them in their own place, it'd be funny too

I can think of several dozen threads on the [H], [M], and even here that were funny. We don't archive them though

1. You are correct, it is the cream of the crop, but still there are ton's of other funny threads in the other forums as well. Some slip through the cracks though, so you would have to be in the forum to see them.

3. See #2. Over at [H]/[M] forums you strive for more of a scene such as this board, it's more technical with not as much concentration on actual comedy. SA is predominatly about things being funny. While crass at times, as far as funny things/threads go on the internet. SA invented the concept, and every other thread trying to be funny that I see on any message board, unless someone from that board created it, is just a redux of something that probably started on SA.

Anywho, the SA forums are open, just wanted to let anyone who might be curious as to what they were all about. Not bashing on any other forum, nor should we turn this into a debate about which forums are the greatest. SA is devoted to being funny, other forums are devoted to other things, and that's cool. Also, SA seems to be like opera, either you love it or you hate it, there is no inbetween.
