MCAD - Worth spending my time on?

Hey guys,
Not sure how many of you are 'professionals' but was wondering if you could help me, I've just finished a degree in IT and was looking at some extra programming courses to help me get a job. I think the MCAD looks like my best option but wasn't too sure if in the 'industry' it was viewed as a good qualification to have? Any one able to shed some light on this for me?
Cheers,
