I think you may need to be more specific, I did a search on google for it and came up with a few things you might want to try it.

Take a peek at the event viewer and give us the ID and errors. I find it easer to chase the problems that way instead of trying to figure out what the .dmp is saying.

Most of the time that is a driver problem with the via chipset mobo's. I've seen it caused by using ACPI with Win2K or WinXP, or by conflicting resources or outdated drivers.

Try going back to an older version of the 4 in 1 drivers.

For what its worth, I just got one of those errors today too! I have a mobo with a VIA chipset, my first and last.

I thought it might have been caused by a couple of security patches that I recently installed. I simply rebooted and all is well, for now.

Definitely a resource conflict. What's in your system?

I used to own an apollo pro133 based mobo as well.

The day I got rid of it was a great day.

Hopefully you find a 4 in 1 that works

No sound card? Try sticking the nic in an other slot.

Funny, just last week I was working on my buddy'z rig and after re-formatting and loading all the software we ended up with the EXACT same error. The event viewer didn't help much with a resolve. Talked to ppl around here and at SG, alot of them said the PSU was not enough for what he was running, which was only a 250W Suntek (I told him to upgrade that along time ago, he didn't listen). His IRQ's had no conflicts at all or it didn't show any conflicts for that matter. So we bought him an Enermax 450W PSU online, and after installing it, he has not a problem...

He was running the following on this weakA$$ Suntek:

    Multi-booting WinMe/WinXP & Linux SuSe 8.0
    ASUS A7V333/r w/on-board C-Media Sound
AMD 2200 Thoroughbred Not OC'ed w/CM HHC-001 slapped on it
    Samsung 512MB cl2.5 stock timings
    ATi Radeon 7500 AIW
    Maxtor 60GB 7200rpmHDD
    IBM 30GB 7200rpmHDD
    DVD-ROM
    CD-Burner
Kingston Fast Ethernet 10/100 Rltk chip
and a couple of case fans

Now I have "almost" the same components as he does (*see SIG) running on a 350W PSU and I never had that prob. That error would only happen with certain apps btw, mostly high intense 3D Games. So take a look at your power output and see if that would be your issue.
