I'm having trouble with the network I set up in my home. I only have 2 computers on the network. I have a linksys 4 way dsl router. The main computer has windows ME and the other one has Windows XP. I connected both computers through the router and for awhile they were both working fine and now for some reason the second one has a really slow connection that seems to drop from time to time. Both of the computers are behind the router and there is also a Playstation 2 on the router and both my computer and the ps2 are working fine without any problem. I have unistalled the network card on the second computer and reinstalled everything and nothing changed. Im new to networking so I don' really know what to do about it. I tried contacting my ISP but they were no help at all and just asked me if I deleted my temporary internet files and didn't have much of an answer beyond that. So what I can't figure out is how come it worked before and not now and once it did this all I had to do was to reboot the system and close some programs that were running on the main system but now no matter what it can take over 10 min to load a page up on the other computer. If anyone knows how i can possible fix this problem please respond to his or maybe we can figure it out on AIM since that is alot faster than a message board.
