can some one please help me
If your downloads are good, tweaking probably won't help p2p.
Does your isp suppress/throttle common p2p ports? I have heard that this is a new trend (especially among cable isps)...
It's very hard to know what the other guy's uploading to others. They might also throttle their upload bandwidth. Because of all the tcp overhead, a low upload can have a dramatic effect on download speeds - if you fill up the upload queue then your downloads have to wait longer for acks.
anything is possible - nothing is free
