sympatico AND lag thru Bellnexxia HOPS

Anyone else having problems with sympatico/Bell lately? For me it has been a pain now for at least 1.5 to 2 months. I keep hoping that they will correct their issues but I believe I am ready to change ISPs.

I have sent Sympatico a service email requesting info, if they have any I will post it.

I am curious if anyone else has heard any news related.

    Thanks

Don't forget to get in touch with Bellnexxia.

The transition from your main provider to the outside world could easily be overlooked by your provider. If both companies are made aware, you have a better chance at a solution being found.

Look for a support phone number of sorts so you can contact them directly. Let them know you are a Sympatico customer, but have concerns over a connection between them and Bell.....

    Good Luck!
