What can cause high Tx Err?

    Hi.
When I look at my routers statics it says almost all Tx packages has Tx Err.
Where the packages are sent is splittet into the LAN/PC conected to the router and the DSL line. The Tx Err are on the LAN/PC area, which I suppose is between my computer and the router.

Now, what can cause 100% Tx Err between my computer and my router? I have tried different cables from my NIC card in my computer to the router, but still I get lots of Tx Err.

    Help..?

what kind of a router do you have.
I take it you have a cayman 3300 series from netopia, it may be the built in firewall doing all the bad stuff to you can ,you disable it
