    Question Mouse Pointer Off Screen

    Hello everyone..... My mouse pointer will run off the screen on the right hand side and the bottom of screen.. it will stop on the top and left... only 1 monitor noothing else is hooked up for 2 or 3 monitors... and i am running Win XP home.... have any sugestions?

    Do you have a stanadrd mouse or an optical?

    If you have a regular ps2 mouse you might wanna try taking the ball out from the bottom and clean the rollers inside with cotton swabs or something that will get it out.

    If it's an optical try updating the drivers.

    Standard mouse and it isnt't dirty... brand new... the problem is when i am moving my mouse it actually goes off screen to the right and to the top... but will stop in view on the left and bottom

    after further review it actually only goes off screen on the right!!!!lol ooops....like it is set for 2 monitors

    Onboard video not disabled maybe?

    Do you have a video card, and onboard video, and didn't disable the onboard.
