Naturally Speaking will not uninstall

Trying to unistall Dragon Naturally Speaking and getting error messages
A) Can not locate the installation log file C/NatSpeak/DeIsL2isu uninstallation will not continue

B) Can not delete dfmc.dll as it is being used or write protected Can not delete dragon to reinstall as it is refusing to let me uninstall certain extensions. Any suggestions?

try uninstalling from add/remove progs, the startmenu, and if those don't work, manually navigate in explorer to the dir where it's installed and run the uninstall file.. sometimes unwise.exe or somethin similar
