Multi-windowed IE?

Hi! Some of you might remember katiesoft, which was a multi-windowed explorer overlay. I'm looking for something like it! I often am VERY limited on time and would like to be able to visit SG, email etc all at the same time. Of course, I can do some fast switching or using my second monitor. However, I think my 19" is finally big enough that it wont strain my eyes to use four in a 4 panel formation.

I almost forgot of a totally free solution....

Open up all your apps that you want to use. then right click in the task bar and choose tile windows vertically or horizontally according to your preference.
