    Weak Uploads AND Downloads

    Hey, recently I subscribed to Bellsouth aDSL..
    And, they gave me an USB Modem...

    My downloads are EXTREMELY weak. Coming from 5-50 kb downloads..

    and 20 kb uploads..

    I tried the tweaks on the site but they didn't work...

    Can anyone give me some information?

    its your CAP, also USB is bad for modems
