a geforce2mx 400 would be better then a radeon aiw?

Just a side note. An aiw is a waste of money. For less money you can get the radeon64ddr vivo. This can do everything that the aiw wonder can do with more memory. Well, if you hook up an old vcr to it you can watch your tv too. I do this and it also carries the added benefit of watching shows you've taped or movies. Plus, the radeon64ddr will beat out a geforce2mx 400 in the gaming department.

If you were to buy it and need any suggestions or help setting it up, PM me and I'll assist you.

very good point... i assumed the radeon, but he didnt say. I'd agree if it was the older all in wonder. They were great for movie playback, but that chip lacked for games.

geforce2mx 400. A friend of mine is running one in a pent3 733... runs very nice and plays all games.

How much are you paying? You can buy one from newegg for 70 with tvout.

There is a big difference between agp and pci. I sure some might disagree, however I would think a good pci card is barely as fast as a fair agp card. If you need graphics that bad, try picking up a voodoo2 12meg 3d acc for less then 20. I certainly wouldnt spend more then 50 for anything related to pci, if it's going to be for the short term. If you look around, you might be able to pick up a voodoo3 or voodoo4 pci for cheap. It'll last you a little while at least.
