    Please Help!!

    Have been trying to increase my browsing speeds under WinXP..I have Sprint Broadband Direct, tried a few of the tweaks, however my browsing might be a bit faster, now I'm getting a ton of broken links.. I get the dreaded red x where pictures go.. I believe this is lost packets.. How can I resolve this issue.. I've tried bringing back down my RWIN to 17520 however this doesnt' seem to resolve my issues. Any ideas on what my cause could be??

    Did you install the SG patch for Windows 2k?
