Upload Script

my problem is that in my upload script, i changed the max size in the script to 100mb, the max memory in php3.ini to 100mb and the max upload size in php3.ini to 100mb and i still can't upload past 2mb. any help would be greatly appreciated.

btw, i got the script from hotscripts.com. this a direct link to it at hotscripts if anyone wants to check it out.http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/7592.html other than the fact that i can't upload past 2 megabytes, this is an awesome script. any help would be great!
