do you think this fan comes with a 4 pin molex connector, to connect to my 400 watt ATX power supply?

if it doesnt where do i get those molex connectors from, and how do i connect the wires together to make the fan operable?

the actual item is cheaper and they still offer USPS shipping which is hell of alot cheaper then UPS. although youll have to wait longer, id rather do that then wait around all day for the UPS guy anyway.
