    What extra PC parts u got lying around?

    Well untill UPS delivers my socket 7 heat sink i have a complete system sitting here plus:

    isa USR 56k modem
    isa SB awe 64
    Voodoo 3 2000 (minus heat sink)
    A voodoo 3 2000 heat sink(go figure lol)
    Abit KT7A south bridge heatsink and fan
    50mm fan
    40mm fan
    socket 7 heatsink(minus the clip)
    isa game port add on card
    28.8 external USR modem
    9600 hayes external modem
    2 extra mice
    extra mouse ball

    i think thats it, i just cleaned out the bad hardware!

    sure...only thing about it is that it's not "very good looking"....
    umm you know how some manufacturers have different cases?
    This one is from an old ACER desktop so 1/2 the button is gone...(it was part of the case) not sure if you understand what I'm saying....

    I got rid of the case a LONG time ago...trashed it....

    damn
    wish I had a dig camera...
    with a disk in the drive it sticks out close to an inch (the plastics part BUT the plastic part can be removed from the drive....

    You guys are wierd. I would be cheaper to buy a new one then to ship the silly drive!

    I have a 50x cdrom, promise ata66 controller card and... that's it I think. I've sold everything else or given it to my brother.

    guess he's el-cheapo the only reason I got a real one for my custom system is because I gave the shop 96MB EDO RAM
    I got a 52x CD-Rom Drive, the Floppy Drive and like $20
    I need a CD-Rom for the custom comp. the floppy drive was a nice addition to make this comp look like something. decent....

    anyways depending on where he lives I could ship it for about less than $10...don't know what they usually run at though...

    I cant find one in stores with a buttun that sticks out enough, the case i have is funky and curvy, doesnt fitt well i need sleep now, balakov i meant with the case i have i need the button to stick out an inch but i didnt think about pushing it in to remove the disk, see the case had a piece that met the and made it longer but i broke that, i'll check this thread tomorrow and check shipping costs to see if its worth it, thanks man!
