Multiplayer game hosting help

i play rogue spear and i cant host more than 6 players without having lag thats if there all cable or higher. ive got @home cable and used the win9x tweak it works for download but my upload sucks so can anyone help me thanks

In order to run a good server, you need to be able to upload a MIN. of 5 K/S per player. Most cable providers limit you to around 16K/S upload. THats only enough for 3 users. To run a good server, you need to serve it on a T-1 or better.
