We have a wireless network and the other computers work fine with speeds of consistent 150 Mbps.
I get between 10-70 Mbps and that number rapidly fluctuates every second.
My download speed is about 2.8 mbps while the other computers in the house are at least 12
My network adapter is up to date and everything.
I get much better connection on other networks like at my friend's house, though it seems to be my computer.
I did the analyzer and used the optimizer from this site and nothing was fixed.
"RWIN is not fully optimized. The unscaled RWIN value is lower than it should be. Also, RWIN being close to and above 65535 does not justify the header overhead of enabling TCP 1323 Options. You might want to use one of the recommended RWIN values below."
