    Flash player crashing

I am using FF 14.0.1 with Flash player 13.3.300.268 version now.

This browser has been freezing from the flash player. Then the flash player crashes. It has been like this since updating into the 13.3.300.XXX versions. I didn't have this problem before.

I wonder anybody else is experiencing this same problem. If not, what I have to do to fix it.

I noticed that there are two new entries for Flash player plugins under the Task Manager and only one Plugin-container after updating those new flashplayer versions. Before that there were two entries of Pugin-container and were no flashplayer entries.

There's a bug in the latest Flash version updater when installed on XPsp3....is that what you're running? if so, disable auto update in Flash...and see if it's fixed in an upcoming release.

    YOS,

The OS is Vista 32 SP2. I never use the auto updates for any program at all.

What I see in the Task Manager is that under the Memory column, the memory accumulates against one of the Flashplayer entries to high level and then freezes the FF. Then the Flash player crashes and start over. It crashes again when that memory goes up high again.

There is a noted issue in flash and firefox, read this: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2406089,00.asp
I am having issues with my Windows 7 computer and flash 13.3.300.268 and firefox 14.. and also one of my Linux computers.. which is very strange seeing how my other (both windows and linux) do not have issues.

Thank you very much. I rolled back to older version 11.2.202.235 and have no problem.

Let the Adobe fight with it I don't have time to deal with it.

By the way in my original post I wrote 13.3.300. XXX, that should be 11.3.300.XXX.

    Thank you, you helped me.
