What are the best settings in cmd in windows 7?

Can anyone please help me deciding what to put as values(enable or disable) in cmd in windows 7 to get the fastest internet speed?
I have a 8mbps download and 0.92 upload as tested at speedtest.net
What are the best settings for these?


netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider
netsh int tcp set heuristics
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel
netsh int tcp set global netdma
netsh int tcp set global ecncapability
netsh int tcp set global rss
netsh int tcp set global chimney
netsh int tcp set global dca
netsh int tcp set global timestamps

Should I enable or disable these?

Windows 7 uses auto tuning- leave it alone.
