What YARDofSTUF mentions plus i can't believe the price of toilet paper & serviettes. Chicken & steak have also been going up dramatically. The cost of gas has also been on the rise but has dropped a bit in the last couple of weeks...$1.19 a liter here. My sister is visiting from her home in Geneva Switzerland where the price of gas is $1.95 a liter. Most people in Europe drive diesels for the better mileage. They are catching on here as well.
Tough on those with young families & old farts like me on fixed pensions.
The good news is Lotto ticket sales are going like crazy.
