Too hot to do anything. Too dry to light fireworks. Won't stop the grilling though!

Thanks Larry, I hope your Canada day was really good.

My Great Grandfather came down from Canada to the U.S.A. in 1900, I don't know if I told you.. that I actually traced and found my 3rd and 4th cousins still living up in Canada on Facebook, and I've been talking to them a great deal. Facebook is good for something after all.

    Everyone here, comes from somewhere...

On the line up for today. After lunch (and also after I have some "happy" drinks) My Wife will drive my daughter and I down to a new bargin outlet. What will find in the closeout bargain outlet, no can say. Hopefully some sort of tech stuff / other.

After that, we come back to the house where we invited one of my daughter little friends and her Mother over for 4th of July dinner. The husband is on duty in the military. Food will be barbecue chicken kabobs (on metal sticks) and then my Wife made some of these small cake tarts and colored and positioned them like the U.S.A. flag. Pretty cool.

Then later on, we are going over to my Sister-in-law house.. her Husband bought "tons" of fireworks. Down here in the South East, a lot of states sell fireworks. Way different then in the Northern New England states. And I still don't understand how and why they have some fireworks stand "right in the same small parking lot" gas station. That's the south for you.

    Have a great holiday everyone!

Staying around the house, some yard work, work on a section of the wooden fence I'm rebuilding, hopefully get a ride in on the Harley with my wife..and then BBQ later on. Crossing my fingers that these crazy sudden t-storms keep at bay today.

What could be more American than a BBQ & a ride on the Harley. Try to get that done first before attempting something Dangerous like fence building.

Here's to great weather, cool Beer & a Smilin Wife.
