My concern is torrent speeds, When I ran mlab's ndt is came back with "89.59% of the time the connection is limited by the client machine's receive buffer." I did a little googling which brought me to this sight but still have little understanding of what this is. I'll post the rest of the results below. Thank you for your time and assistance.
