Need help with a software and C#

Hello,

I would like to request a littel help with a software, and with C#. I am a noivce programmer and only worked with C and C++ so far. I found a software that helps to develop own applications. On a site (http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/) there are numerous sample programs can be found. They are developed with the help of an SDK called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and they are in C#. The issue I am having is that I do not know anyting about C#. This is why I require your help. Could you please give me tips how to start using this software or any sample programs? If you have other suggestions I am ready to take your advices. Thanks.
