High buffering problem...

Hi everyone :3 I'm having some problems here. I had some problems playing League of legends, asked the staff and they said i was having high packet buffering.
Let me get to the point. Here is the list of information you guys might find useful:
1) My isps advertised advertised speed i get is 6 mb/s.
This is what speedtest.net shows:
