Some great pictures of your gardens last year.

Weather here was crazy and it's getting late. I have some 3 year-old chards that are still going strong, and about 45 russian red curly kale (all volunteers).

Will probably get a couple 1 gallon tomatoes and call it. Last year my entire tomato crop got blight and I lost every single tomato.

Should do more brussels sprouts some time, they're awesome that fresh.

We really didn't get anything going at the Easto house this year. Last year we had plenty of Chili's but this year we only have 1 small plant.

Careful with the mint, that stuff will take over an untended garden in no time.

Potatoes are lots of fun.
Broccoli from the garden is as good as it gets, you can't buy anything better no matter how fresh or how organic.

What kinds of tomatoes?
I have great soil and excellent growing conditions but they get the blight super easy around here. I've had years with bumper crops and years where dozens of pounds go bad at once.
I have better luck with the cherry and grape tomatoes, as they ripen so quickly.

I guess I could add blackberries to my crop this year, not like I plant them but they grow on pretty much all the fences lines. 2 acres with lots of fence, I have no shortage of them Make for great bonfires.

Pole beans do great here as well, bush beans not so good.

Thats exactly what alot of it goes to. But I love a nice ripe tomato from the garden for a sandwich!!

Humbolt I have one cherry tomato, one called mountain fresh and a couple big boys and I think a better boy.(will check later and update if needed ) I like the nice big tomato's for slicing at dinner.

Always gone for more veggies and fewer flowers, although the marigolds did well in the garden as a bug and rabbit deterrent.

Looks good, why are there no weeds at all inside the fence? I've never been able to put that off.

Looks like a lazy day for the pup, good thing he's there to guard the tomatoes.
