It is quite obvious that Mnosteele is emotionally attached to the topic of Obama. It should be no surprise that any discussion would become fervid, with more than a few frustrated invectives tossed in.
Do not believe for one warm moment that either side can convince the other they are wrong. It would be instead, to find consensus. Surprisingly, we all seem close on what bothers us, differing mainly on modalities.
Ultimately, it is corruption that brands our government as a worthless beast, yet we desperately need laws to protect us and its cooperative powers to do great things.
The shame being Ron Paul. He appears all but unassailable and unimpugnable, however his Libertarian agenda is Utopian, requiring a change in the character of man to operate. It was there in the late 19th century and served to create an oligarchy of trusts, cartels and monopolies. If you are ever in Rhode Island, do visit Newport and see what their competitive wealth created.
