so what's on the menu this Memorial day !?!?

I have a lobster tail & a dozen fresh oysters & boneless chicken breasts rubbed with a great rub.

I heat the oysters until they open then take half the shell off and put a spoon of cream cheese and sprinkle of Tabasco, then put back on heat for a minute or 2 more. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I cut the top of the lobster tail and sprinkle with olive oil and spices then top with fresh lemon basil and serve,

these are all done on charcoal bbq.

    tossed green salad,

and a hot woman to enjoy it with.

of course you will need plenty of this too

Oysters are about the only seafood that I can't stand.

I'm making a slab of baby backs, noodles, some vegetable of some sort and potatoe salad. Oh yeah, Bob Evans White Dinner Rolls too.

Pretty spartan at the Easto house today. I had a couple of hot dogs earlier. Later this evening I'm going to cook the last one and throw some corn-on-the-cob in as a little treat. Mostly just relaxin'

How can you stand Sam Adams? I swear that's the worst beer I've tasted.

Love Sam Adams, the only one I don't like is the Winter Ale. I haven't had a Killian's before tonight in a long time, I forgot how good they are.

Kids spent the night at grandparents, so we enjoyed each other for breakfast...then we had a traditional summer BBQ feast with friends & family later today! Awesome Memorial Day as usual!
