Screwed up my TCP settings! Help?

I recently got Optimum Online Boost advertised 50mbps but I am actually pegging out at 60mbps on my desktop and wireless on my laptop. I wanted to see if i was hitting a limiter, so I did some searching and found TCP Config. I made all the adjustments but I couldnt break 60mbps. I continued tweaking and now my laptop is pegging out at 40mbps while my desktop (which I did not modify) is still getting 60mbps. Anyone have any ideas what I did to cause this? I am on Windows 7.

You can start by reverting to the Windows default settings (the SG TCP Optimizer has that functionality), and then trying to apply tweaks one by one to see how they affect your connection.
