I recently got Optimum Online Boost advertised 50mbps but I am actually pegging out at 60mbps on my desktop and wireless on my laptop. I wanted to see if i was hitting a limiter, so I did some searching and found TCP Config. I made all the adjustments but I couldnt break 60mbps. I continued tweaking and now my laptop is pegging out at 40mbps while my desktop (which I did not modify) is still getting 60mbps. Anyone have any ideas what I did to cause this? I am on Windows 7.
