Sharing printer between 2 networks

I have two networks in the same office that want to share a network printer.
In general I have two static IP’s from my ISP provider. Each IP goes to different router.

The setup is as follows:-

Network 1

Netgear FVS336GV2 - DHCP Server, Internet Connection etc.
Gateway address 10.1.1.1
IP Range 10.1.1.1 – 99 static 10.1.1.100 – 10.1.2.254 DHCP
Subnet 255.255.252.0
This network don’t have any wireless connection, my network printer(kyocera TASKalfa 3050ci) is on this network.

Network 2
---------
TPLINK router
Gateway address 10.2.1.1
IP range 10.2.1.1 – 10.2.1.254 DHCP
Subnet 255.255.255.0
