need some idea about how to setup vpn

i rented a office space that come with free internet T1 and phone from the leasing company the building have several rented office and everyone use the same network to make my network private i install a router and connect all my computer into my router
the router i'm using is the cisco rsv4000 i do alot of work from home so do a few of my employee the router support vpn, i didnt want to bother the leasing company to turn of their firewall and change there setting to make my VPN work
is there any other solution to take advantage of their free internet and get vpn to work or i just have to get my own internet

Windows MESH.....basically Microsofts version of LogMeIn...but better. Oh yeah...free! Gotta have Vista or newer hosts and remotes.
