I'd just try the optimal settings in the Optimizer first.

Sure i will give it ago now.

What sort of improvements am i looking for? What general area.

Ive been having a lot of issues with in game bullet registration since i moved house , had the line checked been with multiple ISP's , some costing threw the roof but nothing seems to have sorted i even personally went down to the dedi box and ive still got nothing. It used to be amazing bullets sliced threw enemy's like a knife threw butter. Even upgraded my rig.

Triple checked my hardware for faults nothing.
    Been with multiple ISPS nothing

I think it just boils down to the simple fact there's something i haven't tweaked on here.

You should see a more stable connection, closer to your rated speed (especially from more distant servers with higher latency).

I have a question on this topic...

After I used the TCP Optimizer, when I use Google Chrome and the TCP Analyzer, it shows my old RWIN and TCP settings. When I use IE8, it shows my updated RWIN value. My question is, does Chrome use the updated value or Windows default, or does Chrome use the optimized settings? I have a 30 meg connection and test around 28-30 megs down before and after changing my RWIN value with Chrome and test much lower with IE8. I don't want to have to use Internet Explorer. Chrome is much faster in general and utilizes less resources...

    Anyone know the answer? Thanks!

I would also like to know if I can get into the RWIN value through the registry and tweak Chrome's values. If so, would it be a DWORD, String, Binary or what if I have to add the value?

Chrome overwrites the value, it is the only browser that goes that far. I don't think it uses a Registry setting at all.
