Increasing the ping

Hello there, ive got a weird question for you guys.
Is there any way to increase my ping by 10-15 ms? It is for online gaming.
If theres any program or trick that can do the job, please let me know!

Depending on the game, I would try to switch to a better server.

Any other suggestions? this isnt the type of solution im looking for.
To make it clear, i do not want lower ping, i want a bit of higher ping. Isnt there any internet limiter around or something that would do the job? any thing that makes me lag.... utorrent and total commander uploading wont help anything.
