    Active directory issue

In active directory users and computers, I am trying to add a new user but I am getting the following msg "password does not meet the length, complexity or history requirement of the domain." Where do I change the rights so I can add the new user? OS is server 03.

    thx

Are you logged in as an administrator (or the admin)?

You have password complexity enforced on the server...so a password that doesn't meet the requirements of that will give you that message. This has nothing to do with rights to add a user or not.
