Liquid/Water cooling system mods

I have some liquid cooling systems that have the cpu head and radiator connected with black rubber hoses. They are in need of replenishing the liquid and I want to replace the black hoses with clear plastic ones and add in one of the lines a fill resevior so that I and add/change the liquid.

Does anyone know of such a piece and where can I find it.

If you're in a rush...and you have a local NAPA auto parts store nearby...can get 'em cheap there. They're very temp and chemical resistant hoses there. Last year a pair of breathers on my Harley cracked at the tight bends....plain old black hoses. Normally about 20 bucks a piece at the local bike dealership...but I stopped at the NAPA store a few blocks away, found equiv diameter/thickness hose..but semi transparent silicon based, grabbed a foot of it for about 2 bucks and change. Cut to fit when I got back home.
