DSL with router Tweak

Hello masters,
i would just like to ask some help regarding may dsl i seems i am net getting my speed that was promise to me 768kbps or more..here's my TCP/Analyzer result hope you can help me with this, My Operating System is Windows XP sp2 and my modem is brand is Zy-XEL p-600 and i also have a wifi router which is WRT-688.. thanks you so much in advance
