I've never setup a single WPS network.

I havnt either, I'm pretty sure it just uses an exploit in WPS (on by default on most home grade routers) and get the WPS key, One you have the WPS key, you can ge the wpa/wpa2 key no issues,

Ya I read about that.. easier setup is not always better.

This is why I always say, that it is a great idea to have a hardware firewall "after" the wifi router, so when new exploits come out your wifi connection may get compromised, but at least your internal network with be protected. Layers of security is still important even on soho networks
