Timewarner cable issue

Hi my cable modem keep restarting it self i have no idea why, I try to reboot the modem. I have unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Nothing works, it'll restart it self then go back to normal. its annoying when i'm trying to watch netflix. Here are the codes that i'm getting

Power level may be too high on the Download... you need to call them and tell them what's up. When it starts getting warm cables are expanding which as you know they shrink in the winter so there may be a issue in the line where water may have gotten in or something causing this along with lots of packet loss.

This thread is about two weeks old, but I'll give it a shot.

Your signal levels are fine-
Acceptable levels should be as fellows:

Rx: -15dBmv to +15 dBmV
Tx: 30 dBmV to 55 dBmv
SNR: > 30 dB

I would put my money on your modem being faulty, in which you can do 1 or 2 things:

1. contact Road Runner and request to exchange your modem.
2. go to your local walk-in center to exchange the modem yourself- same day process.

This is a free fix-it-yourself move, so I would suggest doing it as soon as you can. :-)
