    Why is my upload speed so slow?

    I just tested my broadband speed and got a very low upload speed


    How can I get my upload speed higher?

    Upload speed looks normal to me, unless you are paying for a business line.

    Your upload speed is about 2x faster then mine. My upload speed: 367 kbps (45.9 KB/sec transfer rate).

    Depends on the speed package of the ISP. A reasonable home user package is 10/1 proportion for high speed connections. But most home users in the UK will be happy getting 512 kbps for upload speed...lol

    I did the internet speed test again and got 100kbps and did it again 5 minutes later and got 800kbps. Why is that?
